Privacy Policy

Applies to all charles.pizza apps — including NuSaw, QWERTET, TapeScam, and Ambiotica — as both standalone apps and Audio Unit (AUv3) plug-ins.

The short version

These apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Everything the app does happens on your device.

Data we collect

None. The apps do not gather personal data, usage analytics, device identifiers, or location. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.

On-device data

Your presets, settings, and any content you create stay on your device. If you have iCloud or a device backup enabled, that data may be included in your own backups by iOS — that is handled entirely by Apple under your control and settings, and we never see it.

Audio, MIDI, and microphone

The apps process audio and MIDI locally in real time to make sound. If an app requests microphone or audio-input access, it is only to process that audio on your device for the app's function — the input is never recorded, stored, or transmitted by us.

Network

The apps do not require an internet connection to function and do not send your data over the network. Tapping a link to an external website (such as this page) is handled by your browser, subject to that site's own terms.

Children

The apps are safe for all ages and do not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
